Working within a friendly projects team, our Account Managers are responsible for organising and delivering multifaceted projects including meetings, webcasts, webinars, printed materials and online activities on behalf of our pharmaceutical clients, as well as maintaining strong client relationships.

Main duties for this role includes (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Liaising with speakers, including commissioning, creating/sending speaker briefs and maintaining relationships
  • Creating and monitoring promotional plans for projects and all the associated promotional materials
  • Overseeing Project Executive liaison with third party suppliers and check/ authorise supplier invoices to projects
  • Attending events and assist with the set-up as well as manage on-site venue contact, production teams, speakers and clients

 

To join us you will need:

  • Previous experience working within either a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical events team
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience at Account/Project Executive level or equivalent working within a team environment
  • Hands on experience of all aspects of running an event e.g. speaker/venue liaison, AV, marketing printed collateral
