Our Senior Account Managers have ultimate responsibility in the eyes of the pharmaceutical client for organising and delivering multifaceted projects including meetings, webcasts, webinars, printed materials and online activities. Also, maintaining and building strong client relationships and managing the internal project teams.

Main duties for this role includes (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Developing strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project including on-site at meetings
  • Working closely with the Senior and Business Development team to create new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Involvement with developing pitch presentations for new business with existing clients
  • Mentoring and motivating the internal project teams
  • Fostering good working relationships across the business

 

To join us you will need:

  • Previous experience working within either a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical events team
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience at Account Manager level or equivalent working within a team environment
  • Hands on experience of all aspects of running an event e.g. speaker/venue liaison, AV, marketing printed collateral
  • To be familiar with managing multifaceted projects such as events, webcasts, printed materials and online activities
